If for some reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you can return most items as long as they are unworn and in their orginal condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded).

    • Items received after 30 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
    • Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged.

  2. Product Return Request (RNA)

    Cubic Zirconia Rings Online accepts returns within 30 days from the date of sale and we will happily credit the original credit card or PayPal account used for the items returned. In order for us to be able to take an item back for an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

    • The items must be in new, unused condition, and returned in their original package with the tag still in place.
    • The item must be in perfect, resalable condition
    • A Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained prior to returning the item (for instructions on obtaining an RAN see below)

    Items that have been worn, damaged, and /or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Items received after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted. 

    If the above requirements are met, please contact us for an RNA Number and return shipment instructions.  In your RNA Number request email, please provide the name of the person that ordered the jewelry, and the order number that was listed on the receipt.

  3. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

    If you receive an incorrect or damaged items, please notify us immediately and we will make sure it is replaced or refunded as quickly as possible upon return of the item.

  4. Refusal of Shipment

    If you refuse delivery of your purchase, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with returning the package to Cubic Zirconia Rings Online. We will also charge you a 20% restocking fee on the toalt amount of the merchandise that was refused.

  5. Cancellation of Order After It has Already Shipped

    Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email sales@cubiczirconiaringsonline.com to cancel an order.

  6. Cancellation of Order Before it Has Shipped

    If we are told to cancel an order before the items ship out we can do so at no expense to the customer.  However, we must be made aware of this via email, live chat, or phone call, prior to the item shipping out.  If an item ships out before we are made aware of the customer's desire to cancel (even if you attempt contact during business hours and are unsuccessful), the situation will be handled based on the appropriate policy above.

  7. I Provided Wrong Shipping Address

    If additional shipping expenses are incurred due to a customer providing an incorrect shipping address, those costs will be charged to the credit card used for the order and the customer will be made aware of this via email.  If this mistake was made by us or the shipping company, we will "absorb" the extra shipping expenses and do our best to expedite the shipment to you.
